Pros

-The benefits and perks that are provided strongly reflect the company values. Some of these benefits and perks include an education stipend, pet-friendly office, volunteer days, monthly happy hours, fitness stipend, unlimited PTO, WFH flexibility, etc. -Very promising product with a strong business model and data platform to support it -Leadership team is consistently driven to be the best in class -Very welcoming and fun environment! -In an industry where there are a lot of grey areas surrounding laws/regulations, the company remains very diligent about ensuring that we're always operating legally wherever we are

Cons

-We're still small, but we have big dreams - sometimes we need more hands than we actually have -There's an opportunity for more structure surrounding certain processes and cross-functional work

Pros

· Leadership cares about the team and is open to feedback and ways of improving the team & product · The hospitality industry, specifically short-term rental, is growing rapidly, Lyric has the pieces to be the leader in the market esp. for the business travel · We're working on all aspects of hospitality, from the data that powers our real-estate team and our pricing, all the way to branding and furnishing our suites. · Really great benefits, from an educational stipend to fitness and team hangouts · Open to remote work · Very brand & design-directed company, which is really starting to show in our Creative Suites.

Cons

· Leadership is still learning the ins and out of scaling a company, so there's been some road bumps along the way · At times there's a focus of process over people · The short-term rental industry is still in flux with certain cities and government, so getting through the red tape can sometimes be difficult · Since we're tackling so much it can be overwhelming at times
