Very demanding job which requires you to always be moving. At the same time, it prepares you for whatever may be thrown in your future path. Life will not always be easy and you have to work hard to be fruitful.

Family oriented company with a 26 year history within the Dallas/Ft. Worth market. Company is focused on delivering high quality food and service while maintaining a comfortable, up-beat, hip and familiar atmosphere. We currently have 30 units across two brands and are opening another three units within the first 2 quarters of 2018.

Cons

Advancement according to regulated time frames is lacking. Clear direction and career path progression not given. The company struggles with clear brand identity and focus issues.
