      Pros

      Good menu, good hours, upper class clientele, if you waited tables before you know what to expect.

      Cons

      Management can be a little overbearing, secret shoppers, ongoing Saturday morning meetings, not consistently busy, some preference given to Hispanic/Spanish speaking employees.

      Pros

      If you enjoy the challenges of restaurant life, and don't mind the hours, this is an excellent choice for you. Benefits are industry standard. Upper management is striving for a culture of servant leadership development, but aren't quite there yet.

      Cons

      It's difficult to let trouble makers go. The company is so terrified of lawsuits for wrongful termination and/or paying unemployment claims, they would rather keep the bad apples (and even rehire some.). This makes developing the culture they are striving for, impossible to maintain. I understand you'll never have a perfect staff, but there have been many cases of people acting nearly mentally terroristic being allowed to keep their jobs. Makes for a very unhappy workplace at times.
