      Pros

      The owners are great down to earth people. They are local and the 3rd generation to lead this company and they do it well. There is plenty of steady work and compensation is endless for energetic employees.

      Cons

      To much work for the manpower because it is hard to find quality and committed employees.

      I have enjoyed working with everyone here -- its like working with my extended family - i will miss everyone terribly but it's time for new experiences.
