Great Place to Work

Pros

Flexible environment; great culture; things have turned around in the Charlotte Division tremendously and I genuinely feel like we are a wonderful place to work. More frequent employee/manager "check-ins" are happening, and I feel like people are truly being "heard". We have had a lot of be-backs, which I think speaks to the culture. Leadership is stronger than ever and more "open" in communication than ever.

Cons

Corporate America always has some "cons", i.e., I feel like sometimes people should be paid more than they are and they have to fight harder than they should have to for what they deserve. However, it is usually made right in the end.
