Pros

Strong presence in the the housing market. Great support staff, who'll do what it takes to help you to become successful.

Cons

After investing months building up your community and getting sales, the deceptive managers will remove you and put in a favored salesperson to reap the rewards. As a female, you will become one of many who have been told you have a community then after a long wait it's given to a favored salesperson. Ask for references from former successful females and have an attorney on retainer.

Boss and his pet super could not distinguish ones rear from the other. The super with years of experience digs the hole incorrectly and the boss supports him, meanwhile I get scolded for menial things, absurd!
