      Pros

      Though they are part of the Quanta Services group, MJ still has a 'small company' feel in the good way. They take care of their people and go out of their way to retain the good ones. They also actually care about the safety of their field crews and are willing to invest in it.

      Cons

      Their is a lot of paperwork and regulations that seem to go along with their emphasis on safety.
