This company is a cooperate company, so I feel like I have job security, but it also has such a small family feeling. There is no shortage of support and the feeling that your co-workers and supervisors want to help you grow in your position, and continue to expand your knowledge. I feel appreciated as an employee and I am given the tools and training I need to feel confident in my job.
