Pros
Small company, old machines, honest and hard working staff.
Cons
Manager cones from retail. They have general laborers running the machines. No PM on anything. Lack of supervision. Place used to be a warehouse. The ventilation, sprinklers, electrical are not built for manufacturing. Manager just looks at tattler charts and yells at the untrained underpaid and understaffed workforce.
