A company that stifles employees abilities

Making a difference to people's lives and clinical care Small well intentioned team Flexible work / life balance

Cons

Disorganized management Poor leadership - lack of trust, respect, delegation Politics, backbiting and cliques Lack of focus on objectives leaves much of what the company does half-baked

Pros

people are great and fun bunch to work. If you are a Dartmouth grad a great place to get started but not a place to stay. Lots of fun but lots of stress with micromanagers all over you all the time

Cons

Sr management lack of experience. Sr management letting all the best people go because they cant afford to pay them or they have more experience than them.. no money in the bank as the prior CEO wasted it on his pet projects instead of those that were generating revenue
