      Pros

      Great benefits, most coworkers are helpful.

      Cons

      Management has slipped constantly since 2011. Work is very slow, no new jobs. Not an inviting atmosphere to work in anymore. Seniority and experience do not account for very much anymore if you are not a male and have a good relationship with the management. HR leaves a lot to be desired.

      Flat management, open door polices with little politics

      Cons

      No formal process for training management, No transparency from top to employees with regard to projects status and future prospecting. Not a company that provides recognition to members or teams for completing large mega projects.

      Pros

      Pay, benefits, nice modern office, end of year bonus, flexable work schedule, medical paid for spouse and all dependents, great holiday partys.

      Cons

      Reactive management style, no training, sink or swim office standards, no sense of whos in charge. No drafting standards or procedures.
