Chaotic Flat Organization Lead by Executive Arrogance
Pros
1. Health Benefits and PTO 2. Many great employees
Cons
1. The company strategy changes with the wind and there is an attempt to be all things to all clients 2. Yes Men/Women are successful 3. There are undefined levels of management 4. Verbally abusive management and/or clients, and open practices of nepotism are tolorated 5. Groups do not collaborate, working together toward a common goal, due in part to an undefined corporate strategy 6. Project Managers openly state that there are problems but do not take action to correct historic and current issues 7. Management does not lead through negative changes 8. Changes within the organization are not clearly communicated in a timely manner 9. Nothing can get done unless employees go behind the boss’s back. In most cases “Principle Management” is a roadblock to get work done 10. Most are unsure who is leading the company 11. Few contribute in meetings because management does not listen to new ideas and/or are afraid of taking action. 12. Too many pointless meetings are being held 13. Company leaders tolerate disrespectful clients and managers 14. The only way someone can get promoted is if a senior staff member dies 15. Unproductive workers are tolorated
