I didn't learn how to use any of the software in college. I also didn't learn a lot of the rules and regulations in college but everyone here has helped me learn everything needed.

Cons

In college they focused on circuits and micro scale for engineering, this job is more of the macro scale.

Very poor 401k match. Below average salary. Poor organization and time management from leadership. Very little training for new hires. Last minute long hours due to lack of planning from management.
