Very friendly environment, headquarters is very nice, hybrid schedule is amazing and love the flexibility as long as work is completed

Was a fairly good place to work for a little while

Cons

They restructure the company every six months to a year. Big layoffs here recently right after another restructure. No soul left in the company. Very top heavy. Too many in management who have no true job so they make things up to justify their job position or they try and pin blame on whoever is underneath them to save their own skin / hide their own incompetence. Incompetent people are promoted. Lot of nepotism. Certain people with tenure and clout can lose the company countless amounts of money and never have anything happen to them. You will put a target on your back if you speak up about problems or aren’t in the right social club. Don’t get too comfortable, your boss will probably be fired in 3 months and they’ll restructure the whole company again. Not a lot of room for career growth
