Not all but there were some poor choices made for management positions & like most every other job your not allowed to speak out against management even if you have legitimate reasons, they say open door policy but it's not, the handbook isn't clear either lots of gray areas that will cause you to be written up if your not a brown noser.

Pay is on the lower end if you don't take advantage of their employee discount the pay wouldn't be worth it imho
