Beautiful properties Promote from within Solid rule structure Consistent guidelines for property culture and behavior "Doing the right thing for the right reason" for residents is ingrained into the culture. Great benefits package.
Cons
NO direct access to regional managers If your manager is not inclined to cross train you, you will receive no additional training. Upper management will allow verbally abusive staff to stay due to tenure. A bit of a "good ole boy" program . Heavy amounts of favoritism that doesn't always reflect the work being. No exit interview
