Excellent company to work for with great benefits right out of school

Pros

- Excellent base pay - Fantastic work environment - Stock purchase plan 15% discount for all full time employees - Awarded RSUs when hired right out of school - Lots of flexibility working from home if needed or leaving early from time to time if needed

Cons

- As an applications engineer, not really a WFH option, but most managers do allow it
