Pros

Quickly growing small business in a quickly growing technology field. Focus on a great target market with a large concentration in the Huntsville area. Management is extremely supportive, pushes topical learning to help ensure success of employees. Provides a very hands on, tailored solution to clientele. Extremely happy client base.

Cons

Every company (small, big, doesn’t matter) has challenges. This company is no different. You must work hard, be flexible and resilient but there are no inhibitors to success. And those characteristics are rewarded. Employee input is welcome and valued but it does take work, dedication and investment to be successful.

--Very strong vision and supportive team! --Company is customer focused and does things the "right way" --You will learn and grow almost every day --Great teamwork, delivery and sales both support each other.

Cons

--Not a con in my opinion but there is a lot accountability. Don't come if you aren't prepared to work and be a part of the team.
