Big company that has physical assets to back the claim as the biggest shipping line.

Cons

-decisions made are top down -too much red tape -too much systems that does not jive -global roll outs that are done without consultation -pay scheme does not reward employee for hard work.

Big company, it's everywhere... you can relocate easily and move around the globe. Part of the group, with other biz units that actually make money. :)

Cons

Full of generalists - people move too fast to specialize and this is due to the company's history of specifically hiring dominant-profiled people who are very ambitious and get bored of monotony fast.
