      Fully remote positions available, with option of hybrid roles, depending upon the individual teams and organisational hierarchy. The company shared profit as bonus to all employees if the annual performance exceeds 100%.

      Cons

      Salaries are comparatively lower than other companies of this level. There’s some organisational biases in terms of the verticals with office politics. I’d expect the company to have a better structure.
