Family Oriented and great leadership!! My first line supervisor is the best I could have. He is understanding but firm when he makes a decision. My Serior VP of my office is very down to earth, fair and straightforward.

Cons

I have no complaints as of yet!

Fast-moving company that values performance above all else. Can be intimidating at first, especially if you aren't a veteran but very progressive.

Cons

Can be stressful at times, but the amount of personal and professional growth experienced is unmatched with any other company I've worked with.
