1. Poor Health Insurance, and benefits 2. Very poor on response from management and with Human Resources 3. Very high turnover rate for employees, company perks are only valid if you work for the home office in Virginia. The only real functions they get that is worth going to is mainly for the executives and home office employees. Their parties you have to pay for and they really do not contribute to anything. 4. No transparency. No recognition for going above and beyond. In the beginning you had to ask for a yearly review. They do not follow their own values but expect you to follow them. For bonuses they do not give out gift cards or anything as in other companies do, they apply it to your paycheck and it gets taxed so much that you might receive 30% of it. When I first started, they said they are giving me the max salary they could give someone and then finding out they gave me the minimum and had to work my way up to a decent salary. They wanted you to take on more tasks then you can handle. Work you and not get you any approval for OT and except you to comply or you are not supporting the mission as you are supposed to. 5. They do not support the employees that represent them. This is a very poor company to work for. 6. Their main concern is money and obtaining additional contracts. They will let people go and bring someone else in for the same job role and add on additional duties and pay less. 7. Lack of training. They want you to get the training you need for the job that has to be done and expect you to pay for it. If it is approved, they will reimburse you some of it back.
