Decent benefits, co-workers are excellent, very mission/customer focused.

Cons

No clear advancement opportunities. I had one terrible micro managing director but once he left the climate was much better. Often work - life balance was disregarded and additional hours over the weekend were asked. This was probably directly attributed to the toxic director.
