Pros
There was never a paycheck that bounced. Overall, accounting was done on-time. Pretty much the only pros to the company were the co-workers; they did hire good people most of the time.
Cons
A lot of little things were missed. A lot of compromises were made. Overall, the company talked a big game, but something was lost between management and publicity and the actual workers. Yearly raises didn't offset inflation, and after bonuses disappeared, employee happiness took a major dip.
