Cons

Pay is competitive for Massachusetts and very competitive for defense contracting opportunities, but overall compensation will be lower than other tech hotbeds

Great work atmosphere, friendly co-workers, management is always upfront and honest with us. Lots of opportunity for growth. Work-life balance is a priority here. Always treated with respect.
