Surrounded by Makeup, some talented individuals working in various areas.

Cons

Talented individuals aren't appreciated or recognized. Some workers are holding onto 'old-world' ideas, management lets certain people to be difficult, dated company policy and structure. Not enough perks for a well known company. Not upward mobility possible across the board. Compensation not enough for work being done/required. Management lack of respect to lower level employers.
