The pay rate is extremely low and below market rate value. Annual raises are at the DISCRETIONS of HR based on your annual performance review AND if budget permits. Even if you do get a raise, it is only 2% which is nothing. Senior level and upper management are a joke and will gaslight you. You will be doing the work for 5-10 people as senior level/upper management are lazy, don't know basic computer skills, or how to do their jobs. They love to delegate jobs and their "goals" onto lower paying employees even though its not their area of field/department or part of their job description, so expect to be working alot overtime. Upper management will also take credit for all the work you do and they are the one who will receive the promotion and raises for doing nothing and being lazy. You can complain to management or HR all you want, but they do not care. When you ask for a raise to be paid fairly thats the market price, they will nitpick all the things you don't do and gaslight. You can have more experience and skills sets than management/senior level, and they will still laugh in your face. There is no diversity even though they claim they are a diverse company. You can already tell what type of inviduals are being promoted, receiving raises, and are in high postions. There is no room for growth and improvement as leaderships do not expose you to anything. Yet, they come crawling to you for help on how to do their job and take advantage of you. I've seen way too many employees and interns get taken advantage of, thus leading the retention rate to become high. Overall, the company is very messy, disorganized, and not worth your precious time. DON'T BOTHER WITH MAKE UP FOR EVER!!!

The pay is actually terrible yet they still have the gall to expect their employees to do the job of 4 people. If you ask to be paid a fair wage, you are laughed at or fed empty promises by HR. Speaking of HR, they are actually horrible so good luck trying to get anything to improve at company. Employees are unorganized and overworked because senior level employees as well as upper management are lazy, brainless and entitled. Some VPs do not know how to use a computer and should consider moving into senior living rather than trying to run a department. They also take credit for your ideas and work but make your life miserable while you try to do something actually useful. Every single person who was intelligent and hardworking left the company because there is no reward or inkling of hope for improvement. They also do not care at all about interns and constantly have a revolving door of interns so they don’t need to spend money actually hiring someone or pay people properly. Don’t fall for their promises and don’t take an offer here because it’s just not worth it. You won’t learn anything because they don’t expose you to any information or care about your professional development at all. I really could go on for hours and hours about the misery it was to work here, but I think I can summarize how I was treated here by concluding with the fact that I pray for their downfall everyday of my life.
