Great benefits, free makeup courses and cosmetic products. Opportunity working with various makeup artists which is an amazing experience if you are passionate about this field.

Cons

The Creative team was understaffed hence each designer was given a unreasonable amount of work. Long working hours and hard to keep work/life balanced.

I held an assistant boutique manager position. My boutique manager would never participate in company initiatives or bookings for events. Did not lead by example. Very unmotivating. Held responsible for booking up to 4 different events at any given time.
