Pros

Co-workers are great to work with.

Cons

• In the last year 30 employees have left. There are only about 32 employees in the office. • The Software is horrible, Customers receives software upgrades that will usually cause more issues. • The manager doesn’t understand the software (When new employees ask for help, they are told to figure it out). This person cannot resolve their cases, so their work is passed to others. Then techs are told to hurry up and resolve the 1 or 2-week-old issues that management couldn’t resolve. Never understood why this person couldn’t do their work, Because the only thing I see this person do is navigate dating apps and walk around smiling in upper management faces. Unbelievable!!! • The Support Department doesn’t have proper structure and only has one tier. Support resolves tier 1 and 2 level support while receiving tier 1 wages; which is obviously ridiculous. • Management are the only ones allowed to work from home, and only do so when they are sick or have something they must do that is not work related. This way they do not have to use their leave days. When non-management use sick days, they are frowned upon. • Support Management only communicate with others in the department when there is an issue or to criticize. • HR is a Joke. I made a phone call and HR told management that I was looking for another place of employment. (enough said because they don't last long at this place. I’ve had three HR personnel in three years). • Employees from the UK and they act as though the U.S. workers are below them. • The company will put together an after-work party but never on Friday, because an executive’s spouse will not allow them to be out late on a Friday night. How does a spouse who nobody knows create rules for company parties?

Pros

Salary for entry level folk is great.

Cons

But when people with 10-20 years experience are getting hired at $10-15K more, it shows they don't value experience and won't offer salary increases readily. Benefits are awful, because the incompetent maniacal HR person wants to appease remote employees. Training is nonexistent. I had hopes for it when they hired a knowledgeable training manager, but lost confidence when they fired her for no reason two months later. Replacements are doing nothing to advance us. Management hides behind doors and doesn't listen to lineworkers. No place to eat except your desk or car (unhealthy). Expected to work OT without compensation.
