      Pros

      Extremely friendly, offer to help with anything and everything you might need, decent salary.

      Cons

      Not honest all of the time, misleading details, managers are not looking out for your best interest.

      It has its pros, but can be very frustrating

      -Flexible work schedule -Freedom to work from home -Opportunity to interact directly with customer

      Cons

      -Management is very hands off (this is very good if you're experienced and know what you're doing, but for entry level employees, it's very hard to learn and grow without a lot of guidance/support)
