Pros

Pay is good but not the best and the benefits are good for anyone with the title of Engineer. They give a better benefits package for their engineers.

Cons

Pay could be better and some of the people they hire just barely qualify for the roles they are hired for. This means they will often agree to wages on the lower side so they can get experience in a particular job. Once they get experience many people will move on to other companies.
