      Pros

      As a working mother, I can honestly say I have never worked for a company that is so supportive and understanding. They understand the importance of family and having a work life balance. ManTech Makes you feel important and valued across all levels and I would recommend them to everyone!!! I LOVE MANTECH!!!

      Cons

      This isn't really a Con, but I think they could use more leave hours during the year. Its still a great package they offer, but being a working mother I can see the benefits of additional leave days.

      Transition and merger

      Pros

      Support staff has been remarkable through this merger. In April, we merged with Mantech and while many of our systems were different, we were able to refine and redevelop on both sides to make things fit.

      Cons

      Frustrating that things do take a little too long to happen. We were unable to provide adequate reports in time and this created alot of angst.
