Pros
It's a good company to work for. My former company, Gryphon Technologies, was acquired by ManTech last year and they made the transition seamless. ManTech has very good benefits and a great support staff. Even though I work independently in the field, I feel that the company supports me in my career. I highly recommend a career with ManTech!
Cons
Not really a downside but since I work independently at a contractor facility on behalf of our Navy customer, it's been 10 years since I've had a face to face with anyone from my company. Not ManTech's fault, since I was already working like this long before they acquired my former company.
