Pros

Has some very talented employees and some great working teams. Fosters development and learning.

Cons

You have to fight for adequate compensation. You will most certainly be underpaid in your field compared to other government contracting companies. They are so focused on acquisitions that they try to recruit top talent for bottom dollar prices. At least 5 members of the team I was on had to either leave and return or threaten to leave to get what was still below average compensation. Prepare to be treated like a number and not a human.

Great at the Beginning, Becomes Not worth it

Pay is worth it for the amount of work. Schedule is good if you like 12hr shifts.

Cons

Managment Does not care for you. No one above you is accountable for actions they have made. Promises for Change and none has been made yet. SOPs and All other Documentation for work is sloppy and when followed is the "wrong way."

Unprecedently the best company I have ever worked with! ManTech has been in business since 1968 and continues to empower the nation by winning new opportunities and providing quality services. I have 19 years of federal contracting experience flexed between 7 different big name companies and by far ManTech has been the best fit. From the top down, each department plays a key role in showing me that they value me as an employee and a key member of the organization. Professional mentorship from senior leadership is unmatched, compensation and benefits are rewarding an have exceed all of my previous employers. Learning and educational opportunities are available and of course ManTech takes great pride in promoting career enablement to help employees become a lifelong ManTech team members. I look forward to my continued growth with ManTech and know the options and opportunities are endless as they have several connections to multiple critical federal contracts. If you're in need of feeling relevant at work everyday with flexibility, then join the ManTech team!
