      Pros

      Great pay, great management, great benefits, interesting work, fantastic work-life balance

      Cons

      The tools for networking across the company don’t seem to exist. I do wish the company would invest in some software for people and task tracking. It would be great to find similar skill sets throughout the company and/or knowledgeable SMEs in areas where gaps might exist.

      Pros

      The people are some of the greatest and the work/life balance is better than anywhere else I've worked. My manager is the best I've ever had. She fosters an unbeatable work environment and as long as she works here, I will work for her. Overall I am happy working here.

      Cons

      There is an endless amount of red tape and complicated process for things that should be significantly easier. Senior leadership does not seem connected with the employee base. The company wants to grow and develop but is resistant to do so at the same time. It feels trapped in time and like it doesn't know what it's supposed to be.

      Outstanding Benefits Support

      Pros

      Mike Rickman, the Benefits Manager at ManTech, was very responsive and personable when he responded to my request for assistance. He picked up the phone about an hour after I contacted HR instead of simply sending an email, and he called again later with follow-up questions to make sure he understood the issue and the outcome I was looking for. I felt like he was working for me. Within a couple of hours, Mike was able to resolve my benefits issue and alleviate all of my concerns. He called me back afterhours on a Friday evening to let me know that everything had been taken care of and that I would not have to worry about this issue in the future. That’s the kind of remarkable and efficient support team you will have when you join ManTech.

      Cons

      I try to be balanced and critical in my reviews, after all, no one is perfect, but right now I really can't think of any cons to working for ManTech.
