      Great benefits. Caring staff who go out of their way to help.

      Cons

      HR and other support systems are sometimes glitchy due to the rapid growth of the company. Fortunately, there are terrific staff to help you through these glitches.

      Pros

      Huge upside is the 'big corporate' organization, which one might assume means a loss of personal level care and loss of quality. But it's the opposite. Mantech offers big company resources but still feels personal. To me this means professional level assistance in things that directly affect employee work-life balance. The HR department is world class. Benefits options are unmatched. Not only in health care choices, which include even pet insurance, but life insurance, vision, dental, etc are all the best options available. The technology available within the company helps employees be flexible and succeed in the office or at home. I have such flexibility because I can access what I need and do my job from anywhere. They make it so easy to work and then support you when you need to work from home. Education programs and tuition assistance are top notch.

      Poor Communications and Low Salaries

      Pros

      Work with customer is very interesting and the folks are great and appreciative.

      Cons

      Located at a customer site, very little communication with ManTech management. Don't feel part of ManTech, there to support customer. No growth, training, advancement, or salary increases. Some Program Managers have created hostile work environments and have threatened employees. Workers are treated like disposable commodities. PTO and 401k matching less then other comparable companies. Does not give us all the Federal holidays!
