Business Outlook
Pros
The company has so many programs and learning opportunities to make employees feel part of the mission and the ManTech community! The Benefits Team does an awesome job with communications, and webinars that promote wellness and work-life balance; I'm in a very small remote office, but still feel very integrated within the company. Lots of higher education opportunities as well!
Cons
Not a con per se, but would be awesome to have more cross training opportunities, outside of our current roles. Allow employees to shadow other positions for a day, even if not in our geographic locale.
