      Pros

      I Love working at ManTech, working here makes me want to wake up in the morning and hit the ground running. ManTech cares about their employees, starting with Management/leadership are the best, always helping employees reach their goals. Flexibility, work and life balance are the best. ManTech is amazing, any time I have had a question or needed help I was provided assistance fast in a very professional manner and with a positive attitude.

      Pros

      Quick response for inquires from former employee (of Gryphon) - Mike Rickman, the Manager of Benefits Team is very nice and helpful! He quickly helped me with my request. I thought the request could be hard to complete because I'm a former employee and they are now ManTech, but it was actually very quick and easy. I really appreciate his help.
