Seems like we are always in the midst of major changes some of which are not explained very well Lots of turnover at the Executive Director and above levels

Great pay and PTO initially.

Cons

Small raises despite good feedback on performance. Poor benefits. Upper management was totally out of touch. Definitely some less-than-ethical practices.
