Low pay, disorganized management. Hesitant and resistant to change for better, indirect rates high because of their attitudes to not change current process. There's a promise for promotion, but their word is as good as a distant family member who promises to pay you back.

Several of us were rehired when the previous contract with another company ended. We were promised a hire salary, and a raise in 6 months. We did not receive either. Two highly experienced former Marines (contract to support Marines) turned down the offer. We were told that our experience didn't matter it was what the budget called for. The VP was a drunk. We had Quarterly dinners where he was very drunk , asking us if we liked working for a "Big" company (like GM, FBI, and GE were small companies.) Not impressed at all. Received a call to see if I was interested in coming back to work for them, it was a definite NO.
