      Mantech is solid

      Pros

      Professional, flexible, top leadership is seriously concerned with their people and their troubles.

      Cons

      Mantech is very big, and although they really try to do people right, sometimes, like all contractor companies, they can be too much. DoD Government Contracting is pretty temporary and companies that refuse to recognize this do their employees a disservice. Continued in the "Advice" section below;

      Pros

      The recruiters that have been kept are some of the best recruiters out there. The support team staff such as the PCAs and FSOs are also very responsive and extremely helpful. There is a lot of support available.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of turn over recently and just like many companies during this pandemic, lay-offs are still happening. Recruiting has had three different VPs of Talent Acquisition and a new CEO in the two years I haver been here so far...

      Decent pay but no culture

      Pros

      * They take care of their employees financially and with benefits. * They use (mostly) modern tools which makes it easier to do business * They are flexible with remote work which is excellent as well

      Cons

      * No work culture and very little effort put out for mentorship or tutelage. * Unresponsive to asking for a raise even when inflation is at 5%
