Pay is not that well compared to what other companies pay. Need to have PM better in the know of what is going on with contracts.

Management was based on if you were a technician as opposed to anything else. A technician with no experience in management was designated as such and usually performed poorly. This is the culture there, regardless of your past experience, your current performance or your education you are less than a technician. One aspect of the culture was that your morale was your own responsibility and that if they were fine, then that is all that matters regardless of the perks that they enjoyed.
