      Pros

      Recruiter was formal, quick to respond, very upfront about position specifications. Onboarding was great, I really felt welcomed as a member of the team. There seems to be a lot of room for growth at this company, but a plethora of opportunities to level up education, certifications and skills.

      - Employee benefits, compensation, and flexible work schedules.

      Cons

      - Ineffective leadership - Hiring manager concealed the actual duration of the contract. - Employees faced abrupt layoffs with only a 2-day notice, whereas they are expected to provide a 2-week notice or risk damaging professional relationships.
