      I got out after 5 years and 4 months,

      They treat you poorly. You are just a number to them. Now this is how they run business here in Clarksburg WV, other places I learned away from the PM here locally they treat you rather well, but local management here are truly the worse I ever worked for,

      -Lots of educational resources available (if given the time to take advantage of) -Open communication

      Cons

      -Consistent IT issues -Traditional culture (feels stuffy with management not open to any changes or listening to any feedback) -Depends on the project you are working on, can feel motivating or often draining due to lack of autonomy
