There are some good people and they offer incentive for good workers to keep you around!
Cons
I had issues with individuals on sub contracts within Mantech and I had asked my boss to put in complaints which never got forwarded to the following company. I had called the sun company myself in which they told me they never heard of any complaints, had they heard from the boss, they would’ve fired the individual. I was misrepresented by my team at my working location. The site leads boss also had to reach back out to HR after they never got back with me either about moving to another location for work.
