      Work with good people on site

      Cons

      Been an employee for 15 +. They dont care. Company does not care about employyees. All corporate office cares about is the money. Pay their employees low dollar and charges government twice as much for position. Bunch of cons running the company if you ask me. All they care about is their bonus and not employees who do the work. Hate the cimpany. If I could find another job. I'm out. This company stinks.

      There are no pros for Mantech, they won't allow any

      Cons

      You will have people making decisions about your job even though they have no clue what your job is. They have a one size fits all mentality, and aren't overly concerned with the end result unless it's money. The company is too top heavy with overpaid/underknowledged senior management. It's a typical super corporation that is looking to fleece the customer for every red cent they can get out of them.
