      Team-oriented, employees are fun to work with, benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Since Carlyle acquired the company, work has been stressful due to added workload and expectations, training is not the best, harder to move up.

      Pros

      It’s simple! ManTech has been the most empowering, encouraging, enabling, and supportive, corporation that I have ever worked for. Mantech is the only employer that has given me a reason to smile on my way to, and on my way home from work, every day! In my opinion, ManTech is a cut above the rest! Our corporation is in a league of its own, and no other corporation can even come close in comparison.

      Cons

      I honestly don’t have any Cons, nor do I have any negative things to say about ManTech. This is the best job that I’ve ever had in my life!
