Pros

Great work life balance, competitive salary, great education benefits to include tuition assistance and reimbursement. There are many different locations you can work at and travel is encouraged.

Cons

Employee review system sucks and leaves employees not being compensated for their development.

Seem to shop for contracts for profits, not concerned about long term employees locations.

Pros

Currently good medical, dental, 401k, etc. Friendly and passionate coworkers. Good salaries. Some willingness to let middle managers try risky things to meet goals. Support for external training classes / professional conferences.

Cons

Slow ongoing pull back of benefits year after year. Quite a few horrible mandatory training classes and burdensome processes. The expense submission / reimbursement process is horrible and so complicated.
