      Difficult but accomplished client, mantech didnt train

      Pros

      Good and Accomplished client who was generally happy with most of her support. Client was attentive to not over task people. Team Lead was charismatic.

      Cons

      Team Lead didnt know how to train me to clients liking, client didnt know how to train people to their liking either. High turnover rate for client, ~30 - 50% within 1 year, which is not likely typical for clients but it was for this one.

      Pros

      I have worked in a remote type environment for ManTech for a while and they have been great. I have been able to reach out to them whenever I had questions. Everyone has been easy to work with, and this is especially helpful because I work in a geographically separated location from any other ManTech members. Mike Rickman is especially knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I have directed to him over the years. My supervisor has given me enough freedom to do what I need to do. All-in-all, an excellent company to work for.

      Cons

      Because of the facilities I work at, I work a different schedule than the typical ManTech pay period, and this can make managing my hours mildly more challenging. I work a 9/80 CWS while ManTech works 8 hours a day and two pay periods a month. A minor inconvenience that I must keep track of, but not terrible. I just track my hours and flex as I need to.

      Mantech works hard to retain its personnel and works to elevate careers from within the company.

      None that come to mind.
