1. ManTech's career path for my functional area is fabulous. They recognize performance and reward outstanding achievements. 2. The team I work with (both peers and management) is outstanding. It's a true team environment and makes coming to work a joy - this environment is fostered through strong leadership. 3. ManTech was there for me when I had to go on disability last year (this is an understatement). They really took care of me during a difficult time in my life and were fantasticly supportive and accommodating when I returned to work.

Cons

I can't think of anything negative to say about ManTech.

Friendly, caring and respectful from the top down. Work life balance far beyond others and the support, drive and enthusiasm are top-notch. In my 28 years from military to civilian to contractor and now ManTech, no one comes close!!!

None, as I have not meet 1 person that won’t stand in, help or assist in any way they can!!
